Yes. ClassManager is free up to 100 enrollments, with no installation cost and no credit card required to begin. The Center App, Parent App, and Parent Web portal are included, so a center under 100 enrollments can run attendance, students, and payments for an entire term without paying anything.
Yes. Every center gets a one-month free trial of the full system, including NFC cards, AI-assisted MCQ grading, and SMS and WhatsApp notifications, with no credit card required. When the month ends you either stay on the free tier under 100 enrollments or move to the 1% revenue share.
Nothing. There is no installation cost, no setup fee, and no onboarding charge. ClassManager runs on the phones you already own, so there is no equipment to buy before you start and nothing to pay upfront.
No. Everything runs on the phone you already own, using an NFC tap or a barcode scan. Smart POS is an optional handheld terminal for centers with a busy front desk, so no teacher's personal phone is tied up at the door.
No. There is no multi-year commitment on either plan, no cancellation fee, and no fixed monthly subscription to keep paying, which is the main difference from license-fee systems that ask for a multi-year term upfront.
