Exercise books, WhatsApp groups, and a cash box are how most centers still keep track of attendance and fees. ClassManager exists to replace that with one connected system.
Why we built this
Owners, teachers, and parents at the same center are often working from three different pictures of what's happening: a paper register at the door, a spreadsheet for fees, and a WhatsApp group for everything else. None of them agree with each other by the end of the month.
ClassManager started from a simple premise: one tap should mark attendance, settle the fee, and tell the parent, all at once, on the phone a center already owns. No card reader or fingerprint scanner to buy before you can start.
We're a small team building for Sri Lankan tuition and coaching centers specifically, in Sinhala and English, with local payment and SMS providers built in rather than bolted on.
